International branded hotel company is currently looking for a Cluster Director of Sales to oversee the Sales activities of multiple properties within Africa. Based in The Seychelles, the ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales production and adjust sales activities to achieve planned goals in order to deliver qualified leads, service existing accounts and actively maintain key customer relationships. You will have a strong commercial orientation with broad business understanding and skills in order to focus on key issues with an attention to detail and accuracy of information. To apply for this role you should be holding a Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Sales or related field, and have four or more years of experience in Sales in the hospitality industry, with a focus on leisure, Marketing, Revenue or Operating roles. You need to have excellent communication skills with good knowledge of written and spoken English and a working knowledge of at least one other European language. A good package is offered.
