We are currently seeking a Chef de Cuisine for a Belgian Beer Cafe in a 5 star Hotel in Doha. The ideal candidate will be a hands on leader who will ensure that the preparation and presentation of food production is of the highest standard. We are looking for someone who can maintain the excellent standards of food product and hygiene that the Restaurant is already known for. Your style will combine patience, with excellent communication and training skills, coupled with a strong financial awareness and a highly visible style. You will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef or 2 years experience as Chef de Cuisine with an understanding of Belgian cuisine and you should have good English communication skills.
