Our client, a Hospitality Company based in Qatar, is currently seeking a Catering Manager to run the day-to-day catering operations and services in offshore locations. Leading a team of chefs and catering assistants, you will be responsible for optimizing the quality of the food, service and performance, maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction, whilst achieving good quality at a competitive cost. You will be involved in all menu planning and the ordering of supplies and you will monitor the quality of the product and the service provided. To be considered for this role you should be holding a recognised qualification and/or diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business or any related discipline and you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in catering firms/ offshore catering operations, including those in large corporate settings. You should be highly proficient in MS Office applications and you must have excellent English language skills, both oral and written. Please be advised that you will be required to spend some time offshore to set up this operation.
