As well as sourcing suitably screened candidates, we also arrange all interviews, provide interview feedback, manage offers, negotiate salaries, take references and generally manage the entire recruitment process from advertising to candidate start. This is all included in the placement fee, which is paid on appointment of a suitable candidate.

At what point do you charge a recruitment fee?

Hospitality Search International will only ever charge a fee if a candidate has been introduced to you by us and employed within your company within a certain time frame.

Would Hospitality Search International be happy to be on a PSL

Yes. We are on several PSL. Whereby we provide recruitment services to your group of companies and you can introduce a fixed rate that works with your business and ultimately reduce recruitment costs.

What pre-screening can I expect to be undertake for a candidate?

Hospitality Search International has standard pre-screening which includes: proof of ID, proof of academic and professional qualifications, references.

How long does the process take from initial contact to the hired candidates first day?

This will very much depend on you and how responsive you can be to our requests, etc. However, a standard vacancy, with a candidate located in the UAE and a 1-month notice period will typically be complete and in place in 2 - 2.5 months. More unusual roles, hiring outside the region, senior positions, or a lengthy internal hiring process can affect this timeframe. We would be happy to agree with you a specific time frame for your vacancy based on your requirements.

How much does it cost?

The cost varies depending on the vacancy and type of recruitment required and the fee rate accepted. For contingent recruitment, payment is due within 15 days from the start date of the hired candidate. We also offer Executive Search function on a retainer basis.
